Madison, MS., September 7, 2006 --- Bob McKay, Executive Vice-President, of the Home Builders Association of Jackson, and Dick Ambrosino, CEO of Parkway Development, announced today that Fontanelle at Galleria was selected for the 2007 Autumn Tour of Homes. The tour will consist of six to seven homes constructed by some of the area’s most accomplished homebuilders. The homes will be decorated and staged by talented local decorators.

Expectations for the 2007 Autumn Tour of Homes run high, and new attendance records are expected to be set during the event. The Old World European style architecture of the Galleria development, the support of modern infrastructure, and convenient location, will attract many new residents to Fontanelle.

Fontanelle at Galleria is a premier single-family residential subdivision, located inside the Old World European inspired Galleria development. Inspired by true craftsmanship and exceptional attention to detail, homes in Fontanelle combine unrivaled old world architectural detail, contemporary design features, and thoughtfully designed floor plans that enhance comfort and livability. “Fontanelle at Galleria truly is Where the Living is Best,” said Ambrosino.

Galleria is a new mixed-use master planned community that will be conveniently located off of Route 463, slightly east of I-55. The development will include 367 acres of custom-built homes, luxury condominiums, retail stores, restaurants, office space and recreational areas nestled along Galleria Parkway.
